virgin coconut oil is a oil that contains medium chain fatty acids, that are quickly absorbed by the body system once injected by either humans or animals. the body converts it into energy to do work. hence unlike other fats that are accumulated by the body system, virgin coconut oil actually
increases the rate at which your body breaks down foods (metabollism) and other stored fats in the body for energy. Hence, the reason why both man and animals
