Women In Iraq Use AK-47 For Their Protection

The women in Iraq use AK-47 to protect their families in trouble.
AK-47 is a selective-fire, gas-operated 7.62×39mm assault rifle, first developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov. It is officially known in the Soviet documentation as Avtomat Kalashnikova. In Baghdad, women are taking safety measures into their own hands. It is a 5 days training
course that will teach them how to defend their families if the trouble makers attack! They volunteer themselves to fight because they have to choice but to do it. A 14 year old daughter is also participated in the program and said that its not her mother’s wish. More than 450 women had taken part in the
training and thousands more reportedly waiting.
