Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Definition of Packing Lines Standard Operation
Procedure and work procedures related to QA/QC
To assure material being used in the packing line
has the right spec.
To ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
are observed.
To Support QA/QC Manager regarding consumer /
customer complaint
To keep record of all occurrences
Provide support to machine operator and shop
floor staff.
Achieving a high standard of product quality
Achieving all KPI’s related to QA/QC Consumer /
customer complaints
Monitoring GMP standard.
Requirements
BSc Microbiology, Food technology or
Biochemistry
Possession of M,Sc. is an advantage
5 – 7 years work experience in similar position
Significant experience working in an international
food company.
Previous held IPC – IN PROCESS CONTROL
position.
Experience of QA/QC tools and processes –
HACCP; GMP, ISO
Good Knowledge of NAFDAC, SON requirements
Deep knowledge of Microbiology and Food
Technology
Have a CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core
